Should you require additional parts or labour we will advise you prior to commencing any further work so that you have a clear understanding of how much it will cost you. Following this you will be able to make a decision as to whether you wish to proceed with the repair or service accordingly.
The service call and any additional labour is still payable regardless on the day.

Appointments TimesYou can expect our serviceman’s arrival to be as close to your scheduled time as possible. However, please allow a 2 hour window of arrival from the preferred booking time to cater for any unexpected delays that may occur. So.. If scheduled time is 10am...you should expect our arrival between 10am and 12 noon on the day you have selected. Height Policy & FAQs
We are unable to access residential equipment located externally on 2 storey roofs or an equivalent height greater than 4 meters above ground level.
Access to any commercial building where equipment is only accessible externally of the building at a height greater than 4 meters above ground level must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic) and our company working at heights policy. (This may involve the hiring of mechanical work platforms or fall protection barriers which will be at the clients expense)
